PARIS PEOPLE ORNAMENTS

During our time in Paris, whenever we weren't indulging in lots and lots of good food, we were doing one other thing: people watching. Like any big city, Paris is filled with extraordinary characters of all kinds, and one of my favorite travel pastimes is imagining pretend stories for some of the people I see. This collection of dainty wooden ornaments captures five different imaginary characters, who together bring my take on “Paris People” to life. Each person was carefully hand-painted and dressed with a special scarf. Some strut vintage lace from Chad’s grandmother’s sewing box, and others model printed fabric from the region of Provence. Choose who you resonate with most, and have a charming pal with you this holiday season.

Manon (white scarf)– Quiet and reserved. Drinks a cup of hot tea before heading to bed in thick, wool socks. Happily works at a local bookstore.

Etienne (brown scarf)– Friendly and charming. Enjoys a cozy night in with good company. Bikes to work every day, rain or shine.

Juliette (purple scarf)– Creative and optimistic. Will choose scallion pancakes over pizza any day. Stops to pet any dog passing by.

Camille (floral scarf)– Thoughtful and sweet. Bakes bread for friends and family, just because. Dreams of living in a cottage in the countryside.

Elodie (orange scarf)– Bold and elegant. Seen as the life of the party. Downs five cups of coffee before leaving the house.
