FLY AWAY CRANE GARLANDS
In the Japanese culture, the crane represents hope, success, longevity, and good fortune. Using delicate sheets of quality origami paper from Japan, I carefully folded each one into little paper birds, before gently stringing them into a garland alongside repurposed beads. When hung inside by a sunny window, these garlands sparkle glimmers of light from the red and white beads. When hung in a screened-in porch, these garlands dance with the wind, making the cranes seem as if they’re taking flight. Choose between the two delicate garlands, and have yourself a dainty handmade embellishment for your space.
(Price listed is for one garland!)
