OUR TRAVEL CREDIT CARDS

  • Venture X Credit Card

    CAPITAL ONE VENTURE X

Although the $395 annual fee is a bit pricey, this has been our favorite travel credit card yet. First off, new cardholders can earn 75,000 miles when they spend $4,000 in the first 3 months. You also receive access to airport lounges for yourself and two friends, plus you can add up to 3 authorized users to your credit card, meaning this one card can give up to 15 people lounge access if used well. Overall, we have really enjoy this credit card and plan on keeping it for years to come.

  • Delta Skymiles Gold

    DELTA SKYMILES GOLD AMERICAN EXPRESS

We recently added this credit card to our collection, because they are offering a 70,000 mile bonus after spending just $2,000. Since, we fly out of Atlanta, Georgia, (the Delta Airlines headquarters) nearly every time we fly abroad, we love racking up Delta points however possible!

  • CHASE SAPPHIRE PREFERRED

    CHASE SAPPHIRE PREFERRED

This was the very first travel credit card Claire and I applied for. Although, it has a $95 annual fee, the 60,000 bonus point offer is worth over $700 of flights! You can also book through the Chase travel portal for 5x the points back! We used our points on a round trip flight to Europe!

Overall, we have really enjoyed this credit card and highly recommend it as a beginner travel card!

  • MARRIOTT BONVOY BOUNDLESS

    MARRIOTT BONVOY BOUNDLESS

This card has a $95 annual fee, but we recently added this credit card to our collection, because they were offering free Marriott hotel stays in exchange for hitting the minimum spending requirement! Because of this, we are spending 5 nights for FREE in the Maldives using our Marriott Bonvoy card!

I recommend using this card in tandem with a high point reward card. The only thing you must look out for is hotel resort fees!
