The cookbook is officially here! Over the span of a single month, Claire spent endless hours writing, editing, cooking, styling, photographing, designing, and producing this cookbook. Backdoor Kitchen is a collection of 24 recipes, created specifically for cooking on the road. Every recipe can be made in a kitchen as small as the two back doors of our converted tiny van, and a kitchen as limited as an ice cooler and a propane camp stove.
